Will you send a different team every time I book a service?
We aim to send the same team unless specifically instructed otherwise. We know it’s important to build rapport with your domestic cleaning team. So we do our best to keep you with the same team as long as you’re working with Cleaning Ease.
In cases where your regular team is out sick or unavailable, we will call or email and inform you a new team will be arriving. That way you’re never caught off-guard.
How much does a cleaning cost?
We hate hidden costs. That's why we charge a flat rate depending on the size of your home and cleaning services you require. You can find out more here.
How can I be sure of my security?
All of our domestic and commercial cleaners are background and police checked and operate to a high professional standard. We are also fully insured.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Not at all. We're here to make your life easier and don't want to put you through the stress of reading contractual terms and feel bound or restricted. Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Our cleaners will work around you. However, for the bets results, we suggest you move any scattered items, for example toys and clothing, so our cleaners can get to every available surface and avoid misplacing any items.
If this is your first time and feeling embarrassed, please don't worry. Our cleaners are professionals and we love cleaning and tidying without judgement.
Can my pet stay at home while you're cleaning?
Of course they can! Can we pet them? If you're pet is friendly then we'd love to have them around. However, if they're easily excitable, we suggest keeping them in secure area so our cleaners can focus on cleaning your house.
