Domestic Window Cleaning FAQ
What happens if it rains on the day of my window cleaning service?
Very good question! If it’s a light drizzle, you’re safe and we can still clean your window exteriors. If it’s heavier downfall and windy conditions then it may not be safe for us to work and will likely be a wasted clean for you so it’s best to reschedule.
Do you clean all types of window frames and sills?
Nearly all, except wooden frames and sills. We can do some light dusting but we can’t wash these as it may strip away paint and cause damage.
What cleaning materials do you use?
This will depend on the accessibility of your windows and the dirt and stain build-ups. Rest assured that we come fully equipped for the window cleaning required for your home. This will range from home-safe cleaning agents to pure waterfed poles which are chemical free leaving a spot free finish.
