Will you send a different team every time I book a service?
We aim to send the same team unless specifically instructed otherwise. We know it’s important to build rapport with your domestic cleaning team. So we do our best to keep you with the same team as long as you’re working with Cleaning Ease.
In cases where your regular team is out sick or unavailable, we will call or email and inform you a new team will be arriving. That way you’re never caught off-guard.
How much does a cleaning cost?

How can I be sure of my security?

Do I need to sign a contract?

Our cleaners will work around you. However, for the bets results, we suggest you move any scattered items, for example toys and clothing, so our cleaners can get to every available surface and avoid misplacing any items.
If this is your first time and feeling embarrassed, please don't worry. Our cleaners are professionals and we love cleaning and tidying without judgement.
Can my pet stay at home while you're cleaning?
Of course they can! Can we pet them? If you're pet is friendly then we'd love to have them around. However, if they're easily excitable, we suggest keeping them in secure area so our cleaners can focus on cleaning your house.

Lewisham is a low-key suburb just a few train stops from Newtown, and a 20-minute train ride from the CBD. Although it’s smaller than nearby suburbs and less-densely packed Lewisham is becoming a popular option due to its residential character and affordable home prices. When you live in Lewisham you can start your day off with brunch by the train station and then stroll up the Greenway along the Hawthorne Canal. The outgoing train heads to Parramatta and the Blue Mountains while the light rail will take you past Rozelle and Glebe on its way into the city. If you’re looking for more excitement, you can catch the train to Newtown for a night out before returning to your Lewisham home.
